And frankly, the state has not been willing to release
its examination because they don't have toxology report back and because they have told the public and the family that the investigation, their examination is not yet complete.
Yeah.
Right.
And I mean, and I could understand they would, you know, want to, to do it after the funeral that, that makes sense.
But for him to not have certain pieces that he needs in order to have a conclusive investigation is because
those elements are still under review and under investigation by the state.
What I wish, since today was largely inconclusive, we have more questions than we have answers.
What I wish is that he was able to have the first autopsy.

It's a different circumstance slightly than this, where there is something that has been ruled out by the initial autopsy.
And for whatever reason, it's found to be suspicious or we need more detail or we have recalcitrant.

And so you have to go to another examiner, get an independent autopsy if you're able to, if the family is able to, and you get more and you're able to compare.
I see a bruise here now.
There was not a bruise on the first day.
So maybe this happened post-mortem.
