um, examiner's office that isn't giving any more information.

It looks like what they did was not enough.

And so you have to go to another examiner, get an independent autopsy.

If you're able to, if the family is able to, and you get more and you're able to compare, I see a bruise here.

Now there was not a bruise on the first day.

So maybe this happened post-mortem.

I don't see skin abrasion here that you have the full neck examination.

I have a taxology report.

So the things that Dr. Mitchell was saying, I've interviewed Dr. Mitchell, I've deposed Dr. Mitchell.

I have nothing but respect for him.

Go bison.

But some of the things that would be asked, right, as he said in his report is if you are dealing with someone who could swim, you would want to know what condition they were in when they hit the water, whether they were forced into the water or whether they put themselves in the water.

So you can't even figure out

whether he was swept up by a current or whether he was hit over the head and knocked off a boat.

None of those things are real to us right now, Don.

None of those are in the land of facts.

And so I think what the attorneys wanted to do on behalf of the family is give as much transparency as they could as soon as they could, but it has not resulted in any answers.

So even for instance, where what could be a subdural hematoma,

you know, I've handled medical malpractice cases where patients have died, where it was not even realized that that was happening to them until it was too late.
