I absolutely do.
And it also gives you a certain manner of respect for the pathologist because he's not someone who's speculating or jumping to conclusions.
He's honest about the limitations.
More importantly, he's honest about the findings.
I have used them in court.
I have observed them, unfortunately, any number of times.
And I want to make sure I agree with the bulk of what Dr. Frida is saying as our medical expert here on the show today.
I just want to be clear that the neck portions that have been held back are not missing.
Dr. Mitchell stated that
the reason that they likely have not been turned over from the state, that it's normal even in his practice to hold those portions for further examination when they release the remainder of the body to the family so that the family can go forward with their home-going celebrations, internment, whatever is planned.
But the state likely still has those portions.
And frankly, the state has not been willing to release
its examination because they don't have toxology report back and because they have told the public and the family that the investigation, their examination is not yet complete.
Yeah.
Right.
And I mean, and I could understand they would, you know, want to, to do it after the funeral that, that makes sense.
But for him to not have certain pieces that he needs in order to have a conclusive investigation is because
Those elements are still under review and under investigation by the state.
What I wish, since today was largely inconclusive, we have more questions than we have answers.
What I wish is that he was able to have the first autopsy lots of times when we end up ordering it.
