And it would go into your throat and kill off some of the throat tissue.
That was really important because each one of those throat cells had a virus living in it.
Can't just pick off the virus.
You've got to kill off the throat cells.
So that's why your throat gets so sore and it'll go into your lungs and kill off the cells that contain virus there.
But sometimes
The cytokines, which are these inflammatory chemicals that are designed to sort of kill off problematic cells that have been hijacked by viruses, they just go bananas.
And these cytokines just go absolutely everywhere.
And it is literally like a storm and they go rampaging through your body and cause so many autoimmune conditions.
That's what killed a lot of people in COVID.
And that was when the immune system was going rogue.
that was more common in women as well, that cytokine storm.
Like everything with the body.
Like, let's be honest, there's a lot of good in a sneaker spa.
You know, there's certainly momentary joy that certainly I get from a sneaker spa.
Yes and no.
Like there is a bit of a double-edged sword there.
So one of the really problematic ones is back pain.
And what we have found out is that if I go now into downtown Auckland and I pull a thousand people off the street of around 50 years of age and chuck them all into an MRI machine and check out their backs,
