We think, this is the theory, we don't know for sure, that while your microbiome is like you've still got those old dominant bugs that love, feast off lots of chemicals and lots of plastic food.
they're still calling out, putting calls out through your brain to crave all of those foods that you used to feed it with and they're realising they're losing their grip on their reign in your guts and these new, you know, spinach-loving phyla are coming in and taking over and invading and there's a losing battle initially and then the new bacteria come in, turn the corner and guess what?
You're going to really feel like a crunchy salad and, you know, a delicious bit of, you know, shaved fennel is just going to sound like the absolute best thing ever.
