And we know that having what we call that low diversity does seem to be linked with poorer functioning immune system, poorer functioning brain health, heart health and gut health.
And we know that people who have a healthier diet with whole grains and, you know,
a decent amount of protein, it can be plant protein, a good amount of fruit and vegetables, a good amount of calcium, magnesium, certain nutrients, have a wider variety of bacteria in their microbiome.
And that wide variety appears to be linked to better health across all of those major organs.
Now, does that mean we can tell you that you should strive to have 10% X bacteria or
No, it does not.
We don't know this stuff yet.
It is way too early for us to call it and way too early for us to say take bacteria X so that it can be 17.2% of your microbiome.
How do you know that?

All I can say is that a good diet is linked to better trends in your gut microbiome.
It is, and small changes, as you guys always say.
It's like, you know, every day, you know, you eat a cucumber if you like that, if not, eat a tomato or a pear or whatever.
That's all good.
Your gut microbiome is going to go, yep, thank you, that is really, really good.
It does take, it looks like, about 10 days only to,
to completely replace your microbiome.
Isn't that wild?
It also means that if you've got all the bad bacteria living in there, I mean, this is the theory, right?
There's not really good science behind this, but certainly people who try and detox off sugar or detox off processed food feel worse.
