And, you know, I think we're lucky to live in a time unlike our parents and certainly unlike our grandparents where you can actually get, if you can afford it, it's more expensive, but the chopped up veggies are
the pre-prepared salads, you know, those things are available to us.
It is getting easier than it was certainly for our mothers.
Yeah, yeah.
It was really interesting trying to work out how to order chapters because, you know, a lot of women are very interested in gut health.
You know, that's very, very popular.
You put the guts right at the top.
And very few women are very interested in building muscle, unless you're the sort of person who naturally has a lot of muscle and or just gravitates to the gym as just their favorite thing on the whole planet.
And go, you good thing, I'm so happy for you.
But I did want to put that chapter first, the musculoskeletal chapter, to explain why doctors bang on so much about muscle.
And I thought we would use it as the entree into inflammation and into pain because so many women...
As you hit midlife, experience pain and often chronic pain, you know, which is defined variably as either three months of pain or six months of pain in a row.
And so what we can say is beyond the original injury that caused the painful thing to happen.
Because there are so many new concepts, I wanted to put the musculoskeletal chapter first and address a whole lot of things like autoimmune conditions and
