So that's huge.
And it shows you how important and how valued access has been.
Now with that comes challenges, right?
So if you're giving people access to medications and it's fully online and you're removing the humans,
And I suppose we can interlink this with AI a little bit.
But if you're removing the human completely, there are going to be downstream implications and outcomes of that.
So it all has to be balanced up, I think.
We're still in the low, low percentages.
Yeah, one digit percentages.
I think the big thing for us is how do we let, I suppose a bit like Roger's business, I mean, they're in the business of professional services and doctors are professional services as our dieticians, as our coaches.
So how do you get the best out of those service providers, right?
And I think AI is an enabler rather than a replacer of that.
So one of the big things that you see is the use of AI scribes, which means that when the doctor is interacting with you, instead of spending all their time worrying about documentation and note taking, instead they're able to actually engage with the patient and that has real impacts on health.
So it's not just a nice to have, it actually improves the likelihood that someone's gonna comply with treatment because you're building that relationship.
So I think the relationship side of medicine will always need to be delivered by a human
in order to just get in the psychological buy-in.
AI doesn't get you that psychological buy-in, right?
But it does mean that you can spend more time on the relationship side.
And I think that's where some of the biggest impacts of AI are in my industry.
Oh, that's a curveball.
