What I like is innovation.

I like people who are given the space to change and improve things.

And I don't think healthcare...

always gives you that option and space to do that.

But that is changing.

It's changing with access to new tools like AI.

It's changing with business model innovation.

So I think the opportunity to innovate in healthcare is as good as it's ever been.

It's funny.

We actually just got our first office two days ago.

So before that, we were fully remote.

Then we went kind of hybrid and now we've got our own office.

And I think like, you know, for all the costs involved, I think ultimately, if you're trying to build a business, you have to think about the culture and culture is built in person.

You know, it's...

It's something that I think you have to, sometimes cost has to be seen as strategy at the same time.

So, yeah, for us, it's been a really important thing.

So I think, I mean, I've been very fortunate in the sense that I think I've benefited from the fact that there's been other wealth creators before me who have then given back into the economy.

So I've got a lot of high net worths who, you know, have provided investment.
