So it's too much, too little in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Whenever we have an imbalance in a complex system, we're going it's going to lead to dysregulation, right?
In education systems and financial systems and ecosystems in the brain, right?
We're going to have if imbalance is going to cause dysregulation.
So in this case, Alzheimer's.
And the six causal level things are imbalances in toxins, imbalances in nutrients, imbalances in the structure.
imbalances in signaling, imbalances in stressors, imbalances in infectious organisms or in in the immune function.
And so I'm happy to go into those in in further detail.
And my book, Reversing Alzheimer's, goes into those in great detail, but happy to dive into them.
And and particularly, you know, I would think something pops out to you as you're listening here.
Take that one and run with it. 'Cause a lot of people already know these things.
Like there's kind of a gut feeling or like a knowledge of, Oh yeah, like that one's the one that I need to focus on.
And so if that's the case, like don't wait, you know, dive into these things.
So when it comes to toxins, we think of them, I think of them like ice cream.
There's three flavors.
So it's toxins include heavy metals, like mercury in particular is very neurotoxic, but heavy metals can be toxic.
Aluminum is another one that people associate with Alzheimer's.
Mycotoxins or biotoxins, these come from water damage buildings and are associated with mold growth.
So they can grow in drywall after, you know, it like you're in Florida after there's a hurricane or after there's a flood.
And then third is the chemical toxins.
