Are you feeling stressed or completely stressed and overwhelmed?
The majority of women are either stressed or completely stressed or overwhelmed because we are never doing enough.
There's always something else for us to be doing.
And we're doing it.
in poorer health, in a system of healthcare that actually doesn't acknowledge the incredible power of our hormonal cycle.
Look at society.
There is, nobody ignores the circadian rhythm.
Like the circadian rhythm is the most respected rhythm there is.
We sleep.
We have to.
If your body didn't tell you it, the light and dark outside will.
And if you were to ignore the light and dark, the hormones in your body tell you, right?
Your melatonin increases and you fall asleep.
We need it to survive.
And yet our menstrual cycle, our hormones change so significantly that the gray matter in our brain is at different capacity depending on where we are in our menstrual cycle.
