Now it's become much, much wider.

And for me, it was following a thread.

I thought I was going to identify the physiological defect that caused obesity.

And the more I looked, the more everything was fine.

There was no defect.

So it led me to behavior and to the environment.

So it was following a thread, but it's been a fascinating thread because there are so many interesting questions.

Yeah, again, what I'm really interested in, one of the things I'm interested in is sort of from a population basis.

Okay, these GLP-1 medications are fabulous.

Do we put everybody on a GLP-1 medication?

Do we wait when people are the first bit overweight as kids and give them the medication?

How is this going to work on prevention?

With the medications out there, are people more or less interested in changing the environment and prevention?

I think these are...

terribly important societal questions that we need to answer.
