Obviously, we can't step away from families if we're parenting, but it might mean that you're sharing the load.
So you do need to kind of turn things down and step back and then you can start to recover and heal.
And that can take time.
It's not a weekend of sleep.
It's not one week's holiday.
It's time.
It's time.
And gradually building things up again.
It's like having a broken leg.
There'll be a period of recovery.
You take the cast off, but it's going to take time to get fully back to strength.
Well, I think the kind of thing that I will see a lot is...
that getting back into things too quickly.
It's underestimating
The kind of extent to which, and the risks, a bit like going on the broken leg thing.
You know, if we've got a broke leg, yeah, the cast is off, feeling better.
You don't want to go out running for three miles or 30 miles that day.
You want to get used to gradually putting your weight on it until you're back to full strength.
So some people would just go, I'm feeling fine now, straight back into the same conditions.
