So if you're making a medical claim versus a wellness claim, there's a very clear line in the sand.
And there's nothing wrong with giving everyone access to a wellness tool.
If everyone wants to try meditation or mindfulness and finds it's helpful, that is terrific.
And we can celebrate that.
But there's a big difference if you now claim your wellness tool
is a medical tool.
And as you heard, there's no clear, it's unclear what you're actually getting.
So it's almost where the difference is, is Holly saying, if you think your chatbot and AI is so powerful that cures a medical illness,
Prove it.
Show us that.
She's not saying don't do it.
She's saying put your evidence where your claim is.
And Miranda's saying we're going to help build that evidence.
We wanted to get there.
But Miranda's saying we're open to it.
But even Miranda said, look, we see tremendous risks of bias here.
