So there's research that shows that if somebody has brain inflammation or they're constantly exposed to blue light and their brain isn't developing properly, by the time they get to 24, if it's not developed properly, the soup's not cooking anymore.

The most important thing right now is to try to improve the kid's brain development, improve the brain inflammation, set that kid up to a point to where we can optimize their overall health and brain so that by the time they're 25, they're not stuck with long-term issues.
As far as environmental, plastic's one of the easiest ones, right?
Try to minimize things that have plastic.
Don't put plastic in a microwave and then eat dinner with it afterwards.
Don't drink out of a hot plastic cup or hot plastic bottle, whatever that may be.
Plastic is one of those easier ones that you could do.
From a dietary standpoint,
Gluten and dairy are probably the most inflammatory foods that we see in our clinic.

And then anything that's high in sugar.
So if most of the population avoided sugar, like your candies, your desserts, I mean, everything that we have is just... We're getting pharmaceutical doses of sugar right now.
