Just receipts, for example, or plastic that's heated up, whether in a microwave or outside, just avoiding those types of things could be huge for us.
But on top of that, there's things that you can do to improve what's called your immune resilience.
And so if you do things to help improve inflammation and improve detoxification, just that alone will allow you to be more around that stuff without having negative effects.
If you have poor detoxification, if you have high inflammation, if you have higher stress, higher issues like that, and you surround yourself with that, then you're setting yourself up for a nightmare.
Yeah, screen time causes lots of issues.
So blue light, right, within our brain and our eyes can cause and create so many different problems.
It can cause brain inflammation.
It can diminish our brain from firing properly.
It can actually cause brain inflammation too.
And then it causes problems with our sleep patterns, our cortisol awakening response, a number of different things, right?
Yeah.
kids are really, when I look at some of the most heartbreaking things, they're kind of like the individuals in the population right now that's the most heartbreaking.
Because you look to see what kids have for breakfast, they'll have like pancakes or cereal, then they'll go to school and they'll have like chicken nuggets and milk and then they'll come home, who knows what they have for dinner.
And then on top of that, they're constantly on these screens and then their brain isn't able to develop properly.
Then they're acting out.
They don't get great grades or they have all these different neurobehavioral type issues.
Your brain has to develop by the time you're 25.
You go through this process and usually 25 it stops.
Unfortunately, there's not as much hope.
