Like I really think God, like every one of us is on a path back to God a little bit differently.
I think God is like, hey, look, just improve.
Whether I'm clear up here or whether I'm down here, just improve slowly but surely.
So we have you drink a lot more water.
You'd be shocked at how many patients come into our clinic and we see that they're severely dehydrated just on labs.
And we'll ask them like, what did you drink?
And they had, I had orange juice for breakfast and I had a Diet Coke at night.
We like to have you drink half your body weight in ounces.
So it's not too bad, but even just that is way better than what most people drink.
A lot of people are severely dehydrated.
The other thing is that there's a lot of our female population that can't fast, meaning if they fast or they go prolonged periods of time without eating, then it actually puts more of a stress response on the adrenal glands and then will convert sex hormones into cortisol and then they have hormonal issues.
So just eating every two and a half to three hours is really important for a bulk of our patients.
There's a lot of patients where fasting's incredible.
There's a lot of patients, if you have a trauma, a past trauma or a cortisol issue, fasting could be like rat poisoning for you.
So I've never had patients have severe symptoms from eating every two to three hours.
