And our teenage boys are...

Oh, my goodness.

Like they are struggling big time with this.

So this is another really big challenge.

But here's my here's my short version of we could talk about the manosphere.

We could talk about all the other stuff.

My biggest my biggest concern is this smart parent.

Kids don't need smartphones.

They need smart parents and smart parents give their kids dumb phones.

So my rule with my kids is you don't get a smartphone until you can pay for it yourself.

That means paying for the phone, but also paying for the monthly connection costs and that sort of stuff, which means that they're usually 15 or 16 before they can get it.

Don't be the parent who says, you know what, I'm going to set you up with a social media account early.

Make them wait till they're 16.

Let their brain develop without the anxiety.

You know, you were talking about anxiety and stress from online.

Just keep it out of their lives.

That's my very, very short version of all of this.

Yeah, yeah.
