I use technology every day, including AI.

But we've got to be so careful with the way that we use it.

And I don't see great value in having deep, meaningful, introspective conversations with AI.

Apart from that, one day it's going to have all your data and it's going to start selling advertising.

And pretty soon you'll get advertising for a whole lot of stuff and you're going like, how do you know this about me?

And it's because we've told it everything.

So I guess the question that I would ask is, do I need to tell Mark Zuckerberg?

Do I need to tell Sam Altman?

Do I need to tell Elon Musk this information?

And if you don't want them to know it, maybe have a chat with your partner, your hubby, your wife, your actual face-to-face counselor, like somebody who can help you who is a human.
