We're relying on AI for everything.

We're using AI as a counselor.

We're asking it for relationship advice, which is a problem, right?

Because AI just becomes this echo chamber.

So I ask AI for some advice and it tells me, it sounds like you're trying really hard.

It sounds like you're doing this just right.

And basically it counsels me that I should keep doing what I'm doing.

And it tells me that the other person's getting it wrong.

Why?

Well, because that's what I'm feeding it.

So this is going to sound like I'm really anti-tech.

I'm not.

I use technology every day, including AI.

But we've got to be so careful with the way that we use it.

And I don't see great value in having deep, meaningful, introspective conversations with AI.

Apart from that, one day it's going to have all your data and it's going to start selling advertising.

And pretty soon you'll get advertising for a whole lot of stuff and you're going like, how do you know this about me?

And it's because we've told it everything.

So I guess the question that I would ask is, do I need to tell Mark Zuckerberg?

Do I need to tell Sam Altman?
