Yeah, I always look forward to your deep dives on grifts.
And whilst I don't enjoy the fact that these exist, and I'm shocked every time I watch one of your documentaries, because whilst I'm aware at the surface level of a certain grift, like peptides or, you know, the stodgy clinics, longevity clinics, I'm continually baffled at the
you know, the layers of the onion you uncover just because how deep it goes and who's involved.
So, you know, I'm going to be waiting for your next grift.
Thank you very much, Scott.
All
Well, okay.
You can watch Scott's deep dive into this subject and many more amazing grift expose videos over on his YouTube channel.
Charlotte Cadogan, you are my go-to person for practical tips online.
You're a registered dietitian.
The online space these days is full of contrasting opinions.
What to eat, what not to eat, what to cut out, this is toxic, that's toxic.
People just want to eat healthy.
They want something simple that they can stick to, not wellness influence of folklore and, you know, kind of like crunchy mum 12-step routines.
What is...
one thing that people aren't doing that would make eating healthy easier?
A lot of people get very caught up in meal prep and food logging apps and keeping food diaries, basically.
But I've always felt that that doesn't seem to be a very sustainable thing in the long run for a lot of people.
Is there something that's like a very simple unlock for most people that goes beyond doing that, that, you know, just someone can go beyond food diaries and planning meals each week?
What is that thing?
