And in the meantime, we have to keep a solid, hard, fast, single line of the profession.
We've seen a lot of that try and break away and have lots of different narratives, which I think aren't helpful, but they're completely understandable in terms of the pressures facing practices.
And I think but I think we all want
the same thing at the end of the day.
What were those?
There've been complaints, there've been articles put in the media.
alleging that there are toxic environments and that's why people have had to walk away when in actual fact the reasons for departures were were very different.
You know, a little bit of truth and light has been shone on that now in the LMC community and that's helpful.
Also some of the narratives and tropes that have been pushed out.
Actually, we've been able to shine a light on some of the government practices whereby I think things have been personalised to myself or to where streeting.
Well, actually, there's a whole civil service going on behind the scenes, and decisions are not made in isolation, and they're certainly not made on the basis of anything one person might think or one person might say.
So I think it's important that we allow
you know, due process to take place.
If people aren't happy, then there are options open to them to challenge and to
try and seek their truth.
You you can try and pull it all apart.
I'm not here to complain at all.
I've been in an immensely privileged position over the past three years.
