And so animal biology, mammology, I've been studying that stuff for decades.
There's not a single animal on planet Earth, Alex.
that stops eating before it's full.
Somehow, animals without nutrition degrees and without medical degrees, they know what to eat, they know when to eat, they know how much to eat, and they know, importantly, when to stop eating.
Humans are the most intelligent species on planet Earth.
We run the planet, but we don't know what to eat or when or how much or how often.
We don't know.
We don't know any of that stuff.
That's not because we're dumb.
We're very intelligent.
It's because we've been tricked.
And there's a profit motive that's behind the trickery.

You're either upset about something, your cortisol is high, and you're snacking to kind of calm yourself.
Or you just didn't eat enough in the last meal.
You didn't eat enough actual real food.
Many people will, you know, they'll try to eat a bunch of rice cakes and they'll eat a bunch of, have a big fruit juice smoothie or something and then wonder why they're hungry an hour later.
It's like, there's no nutrition in that.
You need fat.
Fat is good for you, not bad for you.
