You need protein, real protein that comes from meat, eggs, and fish, not from Doritos.
You need actual real building blocks of a human body.
then you're not going to be hungry every two hours and having to snack in between.
And then the second thing I would tell her is you've got to cut the carbs.
It is not the fat that's making you fat.
I know fat in your food and fat on your body, they rhyme.
It's the same exact word.
So, therefore, eating fat has to make you fat.
Oh, that's a bill of goods you've been sold by the big food companies.
Eating too many carbs makes you fat.
The simpler and the more processed the carb, the worse.
Absolutely.
But for some people, they got to cut almost all the carbs.
Even that broccoli's got to go for some of us if we want to attain our ideal body weight, okay?
And this comes from a previously fat doctor.
I was severely obese by the medical definition.
And the only way I can stay at 225 is carnivore.
Even if I eat keto, 50 grams a day, I'll gain 5 or 10 pounds, and my A1C will start to creep up.
Now, not everybody's that way.
So our woman we're talking about, she probably doesn't have to be carnivore, but she needs to cut the carbs down to 100, maybe, maybe 50, maybe 20.
