You've got to learn to like liver because your breasts are going to make nutrient-dense milk.
And if it robs your bones and robs your liver, it will.
It will rob you blind because your body wants that baby to live and be healthy.
Medical research has tried for over 100 years to prove that coffee is unhealthy or bad for you in some way, and we still haven't done it.
It's irrelevant.
Now, caffeine is an appetite suppressant, so you might not eat as much for breakfast if you drink your coffee first.
But as far as long-term health, the bone, leaching your bone, that's all foolishness.
None of that's true.
Intermittent fasting is a huge leverage lever for improving your health, especially if you're overweight or obese.
If you have chronic inflammation, you need to be doing some degree of daily intermittent fasting.
It's a big deal.
It's dumb.
We're all taught that fruits are full of vitamins and minerals, right?
It's just provably false.
You can say, okay, there's a federal government website, fooddatacentral.gov.
You can go and put in eight ounces of mango or papaya and eight ounces of cheap ground beef.
The ground beef is going to kick the mango's butt every single time for virtually every single vitamin and mineral except for vitamin C. Literally every single time.
Soy is a poverty food.
if you're trying not to starve to death.
And I'm using poverty food not to be negative.
