That's an anthropological term.
There are foods you eat in times of plenty that are— Like famine.
That optimize your health.
Soy, grain, any grain, corn, rice, wheat, oats, they're poverty foods.
They're famine foods.
That's what you eat to keep from starving to death.
Even in Scripture, we thank God for our daily bread.
But that's because back in those times, you were in daily danger of starving to death or going hungry.
And so you thank God for the food that kept you from starving to death, 100%.
You didn't even deign to ask for some lamb or some mutton or some beef.
You just said, hey, just let me not starve, and I'll be thankful for that.
There's no such thing as a healthy amount of alcohol, okay?
There for many years, medical medicine tried to say, oh, drink a glass of wine for your heart benefit.
All that was stupid.
It was sponsored by big wine.
And I'm not joking.
You can look it up.
There is no healthy amount of alcohol.
Now, if you want to have an occasional drink, it's fine.
It's not the end of the world, but don't pretend it's healthy.
