That was my epiphany as a doctor.

Because doctors, this will be great.

OK, your doctor thinks, oh, I told Alex what to eat and what to do.

She didn't do it.

That's why she got fatter and sicker.

Now I had this three months of personal experience because I live with me.

I kind of know what I did.

I knew that I had stuck to this 100%.

I knew that I was out there on that country road jogging, trying to listen.

Back then, it was not an audible.

It was a CD player.

And I would just strap it to my arm and try to jog listening to a medical journal or something.

That didn't work well.

But also, I hate to jog in general.

And so it did not work.

Now I'm faced as a doctor.

Am I a special snowflake that somehow this advice didn't work for me?
