And then all of the ligaments, all of the nerves, all of the blood vessels are kept intact.
They are just, they act like a nest.
They're holding the implant in place.
And then we remove the tool and the ligament just pops back together.
So it preserves as much of the structure of the breast as possible.
Patients are back to full exercise after a week.
If you've had that, you're technically not supposed to ever use that muscle ever again.
You're not supposed to do push-ups.
You're not supposed to do bench press.
This is not, you know, that type of breast augmentation is not compatible for the modern woman who wants to exercise and work out.
Now, if you choose to do it, that's fine, but it's going to push your implants down and out to the side if you have a submuscular augmentation.
So that's why you're told not to do that.
You see women who do like to train and they've had a submuscular augmentation, their breasts will shift down and out over time.

You know, a saline breast implant is essentially like a water balloon.
So you see a lot of irregularities in it.
And so what they were seeing was when they placed it in that area, they were seeing visible rippling.
And then they were also having issues with something called capsular contracture.
