I confess I'm a like first bite of food around 11 a.m.

I'm trying to eat breakfast these days and then kind of shift things earlier.
All it's really done is added a meal because I take my last bite of food usually around 8 p.m.
I just can't seem to get much earlier.
But.
I and many other people have wondered whether it's best to eat more towards early day or whether or not it's just overall caloric load.
