So, yeah, exactly as you stated, as part of the Johnson Johnson Nurse Innovation Fellowship Program, which is powered by Penn Nursing and the Wharton School and kindly resourced by Johnson Johnson, we run a one-year fellowship program for chief nursing officers or equivalent title, another senior nurse leader.

So two individuals from 50

Different organizations from across the United States come together for a year to work on a problem related to workforce.

So the idea is helping them solve problems and creating healthier workplaces for nurses and in turn for patients.

And as part of that, one of our initial teams back in 2023 was working on the problem of incivility.

And of course, I could think

have no one better to turn to as a mentor for that team than you.

I also am an avid bike rider and cyclist and I have it on my bike as well to remind myself to be kind while I'm biking through Philadelphia.
