We really just want to get the methodology out there because we feel so strongly that it is important to trust the process and trust your end users and let them lead and drive to identify their problem and solution.
And it will only be better for healthcare.

So either of those, I'm not hard to find.
I'm always happy to talk to anyone, but especially nurses who are interested in learning more about human centered design, equity centered design, and design thinking.
Oftentimes nurses feel alone when they're trying to innovate.
And there is a huge community of nurse innovators out there creating solutions to problems.
And there's a big community out there to help.
They are the secret sauce.
And to your point, I really encourage health systems, CEOs, and others to recognize that nurses are the secret sauce and to give them the time away from clinical responsibilities, to give them the resources, education, and support they need to be able to accurately methodologically solve the problems.

Because they just want to solve problems and make healthcare better.
And they can't do that alone.
