But it takes working through the design thinking process to get there.
And I've seen it over and over again in our students, in our faculty, and in our fellows, how that mindset shift changes.
And you go from being uncomfortable to really being

I mean it the five days is a short, intensive, but they do go that whole year and it's after that whole year that they really understand the power of it and that transformation really takes place.
But like I said, I also I see it in our students over their three month course too.
It runs the same trajectory.

So we created a free online open access platform called Design Thinking for Health in partnership with the Rita and Alex Hillman Foundation.
It is basically an asynchronous course that teaches nurses especially, but anyone can use it, about the different phases of the design thinking process.
There's associated readings, videos, podcasts, and activities that you can use to actually
perform the design thinking process to solve a problem.
And so highly recommend if you're interested in this methodology to check it out.
