Now, we're getting better and better at parting these pathways and finding ways of kind of just easing through and gently kind of teasing them away, almost like you take a hanging blinds of a curtain and you pass them open so you can look out.
We're trying, we're working more and more on these pathways.
pathway sparing approaches to get down to where we need to get to.
Really?
Yeah.
So we're getting better and better, but still there is, I mean, surgery is traumatic to the tissue that we go through.
So when you see a surgery, you'll see that there is some trauma to the, to the area.
We're just as gentle as we can be to get there, but you have to get the job done.
Almost all of those people will have 100% recovery.
Really?
Yes, exactly.
If it's a benign cyst and it can be completely removed, yeah, the majority of people will make 100% recovery.
to optimize their brain with their thoughts and their actions is there a way to prevent trauma in the brain through how we think act and feel i'll start with we can stop insulting our brains okay there are many ways that we insult our brains alcohol tobacco not taking our blood pressure medicines not having good oral hygiene
keeping a healthy exercise regimen to keep blood flowing, diet.
Those are all insults to our nervous system.
So also wearing a helmet when we're skiing, wearing a helmet when we're bicycle riding, avoiding sports that damage the brain, head strikes in sports.
All of those things will dramatically improve brain health.
So those are actions that people can take.
what are some other healthy things they can do well certainly exercise is great you know the exercise gives bone strength gives muscle mass gives blood flow to the brain clearly it gets us stimulated helps us learn exercise helps you learn and remember what you what you study so those are all actions that can be done as far as thoughts go i think it's really curating your thoughts and curating your language
to move you to where you wanna go and identify thoughts and habits that hinder us from getting where we wanna go.
