Sure.
No worries.
Um yeah, so uh I'm a uh clinical psychologist and I'm a professor of psychiatry and pediatrics at University of Washington.
And I'm the founder of the um Pearl Clinic, the program to enhance attention regulation and learning.
at Seattle Children's and then I have a private practice focused on adult and adolescent ADHD.
And I've been a clinician and a researcher focusing on ADHD for over thirty years.

So that's kind of the challenge.
Um well I I think ten years ago I would have thought we were closer than.
Um it it seems like one of the challenges as we've expanded the definition, uh some of our research findings from ten to twenty years ago don't hold.

And especially what what what we call the heterogeneity.
Like how it um manifests so differently.
Um
