ebb and flow month after month after month, now is chaos, unpredictable like spaghetti.
So what hates hormonal chaos?
The brain.
The first symptoms of perimenopause are in the brain, sleep disruption, mental health changes, and brain fog.
Or as a woman beautifully put it last year in one of the greatest studies I've ever read, I just don't feel like myself.
Yeah, but you were busy a year ago and this wasn't happening, right?
You built this life.
You built this life and you had it managed.
You wouldn't have built a life you couldn't manage.
And then all of a sudden, like the rug's pulled out from under you and you've lost your resilience, right?
That's perimenopause.

One is menopause ruined my good marriage, right?
Because my emotional state changed so much and my partner and I just couldn't navigate through it.
Okay, that's half.
The other half, menopause gave me the clarity
To leave a partner that was no longer serving me and it is the best thing I've ever done.
So I think it can go either way.
Yeah, exactly.
