And again, there's you know, we wouldn't we don't need to demean friendship either.

And I think in Irish historical terms, our histories are catching up now.
We're beginning to look at these relationships differently.

So we do need to start writing these histories as they were.
They're part of our Irish history, our revolutionary history, suffrage history, feminist history and our queer histories.
Oh, absolutely.
I mean, if she were around today, she would be somebody I would imagine would be engaged with radical social justice campaigns.
But she was then as well.
She was anti-war in a time when, you know, the great empires were going to war.
She was very committed to her feminist ideals, to the rights of workers.
I suppose she would be called woke today because
But I think her most radical ideas come true in the magazine Urania, which advocated for a genderless society and dismantled patriarchy.
All of these words we would still talk about today and which are part of courses that are taught in universities today.
And she's talking about them outside of the university system, but through the Urania magazine.
And particularly on the issue of, for example, trans rights.
And she talked about that genderless society and that, you know, we should move away from that.
