They used to say for every person who has a gambling problem, it affects six other people in their life somehow.

Now they're saying it's like 10.

I think this is again, this is just we can't escape this.

Like no matter who you ask, everyone that I taught, they ask me what do I do?

I tell them about my work in gambling recovery support.

Okay.

Tell them I'm a I'm a psychologist who's who's done this and and that.

And then the first thing they tell me is someone that they know who's had a gambling issue.

Mm-hmm.

Everyone's got that story now.

So it's just it's unbelievable.

What's happened actually.

And that was only over the course of a few years.

And now look what technology has done to make gambling what it is.

And it's very frightening because I I swear we're in a we're in a we're in an immersive gambling world right now.
