And uh so if the consequences have caught up because of the losses and you're starting to ask that question and you're starting, usually when you ask that question, it's leading into the next one, which is what can I do about this?
How can I actually address this problem?
How do I stop gambling?
That's when you know it's already gotten to that point.
Oh, there's there's uh there's actually like uh nine specific criteria and my memory won't be good enough to remember all nine in this moment.
Okay, but some of them include uh like uh being preoccupied with gambling here.
So like always thinking about it, uh whether past bets or the next bet, um and uh and uh chasing losses and needing more needing to gamble with high.
Higher amounts of money to fill the same sort of rush, wanting to escape uh from the gambling and ironically using gambling to escape from it.
Uh and then the consequences it has as well, not just uh on yourself, but also on the people around you.
So that could be uh affecting relationships, uh family, it could be affecting career and job and and study.
Um
Um and it could even be leading to things that you never thought that you could be doing, like borrowing money and getting into, you know, large amounts of debt because of gambling.
Um a lot of these uh are criteria.
But again, this is one where I'd say, you know, for anyone listening, best to go online and search for that yourself so you can see exactly what the criteria are.
