It's just a connection, right?
It's easy to overlook these kinds of things and think they're not important, right?
Because I'm never going to see these guys again.
I'm never going to talk to the Lyft driver who wants to open the Turkish coffee store or the Iranian who lost his son.
And it's easy to think of those moments as we're traveling through life as kind of unimportant.
What really matters, I've been married to my wife for 30 years, I've got five kids who are amazing and complicated in all sorts of wonderful ways, come to us in all kinds of different channels.
It's those big things that really matter for our happiness and our well-being.
And those big things do matter, right?
But happiness and well-being...
really is kind of like a leaky tire.
It just comes and goes.
It's an emotion.
It's a feeling, right?
It's a feeling about connection with other people often.
And that feeling comes and goes.
