So again, I think this is another moment where we can get curious about maybe what our definition andor expectation of love.

Right.
Word, we often hear it, we throw it around, but what is it really?
And I spent my whole last book on how to be love.
You seek talking about love because it's really misunderstood.
And it doesn't while it yeah, it's a warm feeling, often it makes us feel good and connected.
I believe that it's a a much more um comprehensive emotion.
Um where it to love can become not just an emotion but an action.
Right?
We can show up lovingly even if we're uncomfortable, right?
Or don't like
And don't prefer what is happening or someone else is doing, right?
We can love someone in a moment that's difficult, so to speak.
And so when we apply that more action-based, right?
Less it's only warm and fuzzy definition of what love really is, right now, 100%.
When we think about what does loving myself mean, I could even make a case that we
Reflect out
our own feelings about ourselves to other people.
If we don't feel if we're not loving ourselves and showing up in action in ways that we show ourselves that we're worthy of the care that maybe we did not feel worthy of in childhood.
