It's indicating that again, because of what we learned about.
Yeah.
Rest because of what's coming to the surface, the uncomfortable emotions that we become more present to and we're at rest.
All of that then inspires us back into the action that feels safer.
I like you wanna take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate when we can reconnect with the underlying anger, resentment, rage, whatever degree of that core emotion of anger that it is, again, acknowledging that anger.
Is so important.
It is indicated for some of you listening, perhaps a lifetime of unmet need.
You've put everyone else first.
You stayed quiet.
You didn't assert yourself when you needed to.
And so here's
that lifetime of anger.
So celebration, right?
Because again, that emotion, even if you weren't paying attention to it, if it was suppressed, if you were channeling it in all these ways, doesn't mean it wasn't there.
It was still there beneath the surface, probably driving a lot of the protective habits.
Anger in general, I think, and it's interesting I had this thought as you were asking the question.
I wonder how much that habit of like teaching, you know, females, women in general, right, to to be less mad came from.
Cause I believe anger in general is an emotion that while it's normal and human and we all have it, I don't think any of us in either gender have had healthy models of anger.
Right.
Because what a lot of men have experienced and maybe women have experienced at the hands of men is anger that is explosive, that is dangerous, that is abusive.
