Um, though again, the goal still is because it's important.
We need ourselves to inspire action and protect ourselves in certain moments.
So finding those outlets, learning those tools, defining those boundaries is all going to be part of the journey.

That's where the identity started to get created.
We got attuned, we heard directly, we felt indirectly, all the different people or you know, parts of ourselves that we had to show that got formed into, for a lot of us, the good personality, the agreeable problem.
Right.
I relate to a lot of that.
I became in my family the moniker was the quote unquote Christ child, never does anything wrong.
I was doing a lot of things wrong.
I just wasn't showing.
My family, I got very good at being secretive, but I learned don't bring stress to the home.
I learned.
They're already stressed, right?
