And, you know, trying to say, and I remember crying over, you know, I experimented a little bit with like a carnivore type diet.
I was only going to eat protein.
And at one point, I'm like, oh my God, cheese and bacon and burgers, what is so this is so great.
And I would cry over my cheese bacon.
And burger because I couldn't have the potatoes that like I desperately needed in that moment.
And I'm like, why am I crying over potatoes?
And I came to realize it was just like kind of that limiting, like you're saying, loss of connection, what I wanted, how I was feeling good in the moment with the eating that I was doing.
