Well, there's two choices.

You can either get them more

tutoring and study harder and fix the problem, or you can get rid of the math test scores.

And you can do it with incarceration.

There's too many people of color.

There's too many men of color that are incarcerated.

Well, stop incarcerating men of color, but that's not going to work either.

It's literally like they're saying,

I got on the scale.

I didn't like what I saw when I saw how much I weighed.

Well, don't go on a diet and don't exercise.

Get a new scale that'll tell you what you want to read.

And that's literally what they do with every problem.

They just try to reverse engineer it in a way.

Look,

If there's too many men of color in prison and cops are arresting too many men of color, then why don't we get rid of the cops?

And then we won't have as many men of color in prison.

And everything is a disaster because they reverse engineer it in a way that can never work.

It's diet and exercise.

There's a problem at home in the black community.
