And even though our phones are hooked up, we need to do some training on phones, training on with our merchant services, with the portals for taking payments and posting payments.

And then once all our supplies come in, just finish organizing all of that.
And then I think once we're in the office, just getting comfortable in our workstations, me having the chance to sit down with my
new assistant to talk over patient positioning, how to use the scanner, how to stain and glaze a crown, what that process looks like, so that eventually they can take on that responsibility if they want to.
It's something that I enjoyed seeing people develop in at my previous office.
So creating those opportunities for people to grow into new roles is just something I'm looking forward to getting going.

We've been doing that for the last couple weeks.
But yes, to answer your question, even with the clinical staff as well, especially hygienists, because that's huge as far as case acceptance goes, of what we say to make sure that we're focusing on outcomes and not processes so much.
