We're not utilizing any outside coaching right now.

A lot of this has just been stuff I've learned by, you know, sitting through things over the years at conferences, reading books, listening to podcasts, all that stuff.

They can't.

It's like there's never, we said this on the last one, like nothing's ever buttoned up.

There's always work to be done.

But again, it's good knowing that if you take the time to do it right, that it'll pay off in the future.

All these things that we're doing right now is setting the tone and setting the foundation for the future.

And that's really the message I've been trying to get across to my team as we work these couple weeks.

Like, yeah, a lot of this is boring, monotonous stuff.

But if we get in the habits and we implement these systems from day one, then it's that clarity and that organization just brings so much peace to the workplace.

And then when you go to scale and bring on new team members, we already know how special what we've created is.

And it makes it so much easier for us to make sure that the new people understand.

And there's also an easy path for them to fall in line because everything is, you know, this is the way we do it.

This is why we do it the way we do it.

And this is how we're going to train you to do it our way.

A lot of written stuff right now.

We're going to put together like a little booklet with I would like to eventually put it on a link to where they can on the computers or they can just kind of go to it and watch videos and look at all the pictures there.

But the first way we're going to do it probably is just a couple of binders.

Yeah, with like photos of our room setups and our tray setups and like the workflow of like, you know, this is how if you're the first person in the office in the morning, this is what you do.
