And that's why it's so important for there to be clarity in what a person's role is and what is expected of them and to be able to have those meetings on frequently on how things are going.
So we call it a bonus, but we really should call it profit sharing because we have clear numbers that we're trying to hit.
They understand that if the business isn't profitable, there is no profit to share.
And then they also realize that.
