And then that way when the number, because the number is going to keep rising that we need to hit in order to have profit sharing.
And they need to see how, okay, if it feels like we have too much to do and we need to add a team member, well, that's an expense for the business.
And they know that the business has to come first, then the team, then the patients.
And so if we add a team member, that's an expense.
If we add an operatory, that's an expense.
If we add a piece of equipment, that's an expense.
Now, the way that this should work is we're not doing these things blindly.
We're doing them so that we can be more productive.
And by being more productive, we can produce more.
This should happen exponentially.
As we add these things, we should be producing more.
To answer your initial question, I think you can do it without one, but I think you can grow a lot faster if you have one in place and people are rewarded for their efforts.
There is a quote in, do you remember the show Mad Men with Jon Hamm?
I watched it a little bit, but there's one where one of his young marketing team members, who's a young woman, she was just really upset.
She was working all these long hours and she was creating all this good marketing content.
And she just she just wanted a thank you.
And his response, like as he's yelling back to her was like.
That's what the paycheck's for.
