So people start reaching out to more support at work, more support at home.
Perhaps they've become, in their busyness, quite isolated and they start reversing that.
The other big radiator of energy is our fun and social times.
Once again, people start losing that when they get busy.
People building decompression activities.
If stress is hitting us all the time, what are we doing regularly to manage that?
And then the other thing they look at is what's meaningful in my week?
What really stimulates in my week and can I do more of that?
So people start making those changes and often it can make quite a big difference, even though small changes can be the start.
But it's not just us as individuals.
You know, the biggest thing that's going to help us with burnout, we know from the evidence base, is what changes in our organisations, our organisations having a different approach to it.
So there are things we can do.
I see people recover all the time.
One of the services I work with, nine out of ten people make an excellent recovery.
But we can't let the organisations off the hook.
It's not just our responsibility.
I'm thinking about the people I see in my clinic, often fantastic performers, but they're struggling with burnout.
And for many of them, they do have the fear of what happens if I do set boundaries?
What happens if, as you talk about, Rachel, if I start saying no to some things?
So I can say yes to some other things.
