You know, it's a shit show out there with the dating apps because they make you feel terrible.

I think we've probably seen the kind of collapse of just chatting to people and chatting people up.
Yeah, that was a bit of skill, wasn't it?
Yeah, it did.
Yeah, I think plenty of people have met off the apps and have very lovely and successful relationships because that is modern life.
Transaction, that's what it is.
and empty.
And like, you know, when you're with someone physically, oxytocin, all that stuff is being produced, which is really important, knitting, you know, bonding hormones and all that.
And if you're meeting someone that's a hookup all the time, it's very confusing.
I'm doing a little bit of a study in the moment.
One girl said to me, she went on a date.
She was on one of the apps and she met someone and he went to the bar to get a drink and left.
And I was thinking, Jesus.
And she was telling me about it.
You're right.
There's something in that, though, that kind of
illuminates how things are you know that you're so worthless to me I'm not even going to say I'm not even going to sit out here for an hour and have a chat with you and talk to you for an hour and then just say and text later saying lovely to meet you but perhaps we're not suited or not even pay someone the respect of saying that just transactional throw away you're not for me you just thought I really want to go now the only thing I've been on plenty of dates where you felt like that like oh god this isn't going to work out but
