You know, and they'll say, Oh, I feel sick in my stomach.

Right?

That's the liter what Yeah.

And I say, Okay, and what's the thought to that sickness?

So you have the feeling, what's the thought to it?

He goes, Well I decide I'm not going to go to school tomorrow and then I say, Well, how do you feel now?

Really good.

And then dopamine fires, right?

So it's like disordered eating, you know, don't eat.

Dopamine, eat, guilt, shame, right?

And so it's all about control.

And then I think

Grant tomorrow And so then I say tell me about eight o'clock the next morning, Monday morning, what's it like?

And he goes, I feel sick again and then he goes, I r I realise I'm not going to school and then I feel good again.

And and I'll always walk them through this really calmly because they need to hear this voice very calm.

I'd say, Okay, tell me about one o'clock and they say, Yeah, I know you're right actually.

They know what I'm talking about.
